How we started
EMH Environmental, Inc. was incorporated on February 1, 1990 in Maryland by Edward M. Halley, III. The company's initial mission was to provide environmental maintenance services for water, wastewater, and storm facilities, along with other construction-related projects as needed.
His brother, John E. Halley, joined the company in 1993, with extensive modular building systems experience. He had previously worked as Director Of Marketing for CMSI, a major provider of re-locatable classrooms. Edward and John currently serve as the company's President and Vice President, respectively.
