EMH Environmental, Inc., was incorporated on February, 1 1990 in the State of Maryland by Edward M. Halley, III to perform environmental maintenance work at water, wastewater and storm facilities, as well as other construction related work deemed appropriate.
The new company’s first contract was for performance of maintenance services on the Anacostia River storm water and flood control pumping stations operated by Prince George’s County, Maryland. Edward was employed full time by a major national construction company while managing his new company.
John E. Halley joined the company in 1993 bringing with him extensive modular building systems experience.
John had previously worked as Director Of Marketing for CMSI, a major provider of re-locatable classrooms.
Currently, Edward M. Halley, III serves as the company’s CEO/President. John E. Halley is the company’s Vice President/Administrative Officer.
